Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather around the dining table to enjoy a relaxed meal. Rest easy in the sunlit bedroom with a double bed. The clean, full bathroom is ready for your refresh. You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Building & Access Info Located on the second floor, the apartment is accessible 21 hours a day via elevator—you’ll just need to take the stairs or wait a bit during the 3 AM to 6 AM power outage window. House Rules No commercial shoots: Professional photography, videography, or cinema use requires written approval—and may include special rates. Guest limit matters: Please stick to your booked number. Any extras may be seen as unauthorized gatherings. Casual visits by close friends or family are fine. Keep it quiet: Respect our lovely neighborhood by lowering volume after 11 PM. Parties or loud disturbances are not allowed. Passport required pre‑check‑in: As a licensed host under the Ministry of Tourism, Lebanese General Security requires a copy of your passport before we send check‑in details. Getting Around On Foot: Flat, leafy streets make walking to cafés, shops, Horsh Beirut, and the National Museum a breeze. Taxi & Servees: Taxis are readily available. For a budget-friendly local option, try “servees” (shared taxis with red license plates). By Bus or Minibus: Frequent lines connect you quickly to Downtown, Hamra, Mar Mikhael, and beyond. By Car: Street parking is possible—busiest evenings, so plan ahead. Car rentals are just a short drive away. From the Airport: Beirut International Airport is about a 15‑minute drive, depending on traffic.
