Our Ground floor 2BD apartment is what you need to reconnect with an old spirit of Beirut that still lives within the details around us. Below you will find the main details about our property: Property Type: Apartment Accommodates: Up to 4 guests Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms Beds: 1 Queen bed, 2 Single beds -All the windows have mosquito nets so you can enjoy the nice breeze during pleasant spring and summer days. There is a beautiful private garden at the back of the building. All guests staying in our Airbnb units in the building have access to it. The house is on the ground floor with direct access from the street. Electricity is 24/7. To help rationalize consumption, please inquire about the appliances to be used. Please note that the building across is under construction, working hours are from 8:00 AM till 4:30 PM. The detergent and soap bottles can be refilled. Please do not dispose of them. The products are organic, and eco-friendly too! A clear photo/scan of your ID or passport is required before check-in. This also includes all the guests who will be staying in the apartment. The apartment has heat radiators. If you would like us to turn it on , an additional $30 fee is required per night for the fuel cost. Please note that the hot water and radiators operate on specific schedules.
