Please note that heavy appliances have limited usage when the generator is off. Generator Schedule: 6:15 – 7:15 9:30 – 12:00 13:30 – 15:00 16:00 – 00:30 4:00 – 5:00 Policies & Regulations: Professional Cameras and Crew Photoshoots, videography, and cinematography are not allowed without prior written authorization. Guests may request authorization in advance; please note that rates differ from the standard Airbnb pricing. Gatherings Guest capacity is limited to the number indicated in your booking. Anything beyond this will be considered a gathering. With the exception of specific apartments, gatherings are strictly prohibited. Rates for approved gatherings differ from standard Airbnb prices. Minor social visits from friends or family are allowed. Noise & Disturbance Noise and loud music are not permitted after 11 PM. Disturbances of any kind to the local neighborhood will not be tolerated at any time.
