Kindly make sure not to enter or use the garden space of the neighboring property. Once you’ve checked in, if you need any help, feel free to contact us on this number: 71418300 (Dayana – Team Leader, Faraya). A clear photo/scan of your ID or passport is required before check-in. This also includes all the guests who will be staying in the apartment. Power is 24/7. The detergent and soap bottles can be refilled. Please do not dispose of them. The products are organic, and eco-friendly too! REDROCK RULES : * Loud music with subwoofers, singing, shouting, playing music instruments is NOT ALLOWED. * Music is NOT ALLOWED between 1pm to 3pm, and after 12 midnight. * Parking on Basalt sidewalk is NOT ALLOWED, guests should only park on specified spots as indicated by the owner. ◦ Car parking is limited to 1 (one) car only for 60-50 sqm chalet and 2 (two) cars only for 100 sqm and above. *Laundry on the balcony is NOT ALLOWED. * Dog without a leash or any undomestic animals is NOT ALLOWED. * Al dog litter should be removed by the owner of the dog. * Dog barking should be controlled especially during rest hours. * Trash should be disposed only in designated area in the underground parking. * Pool access time is from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm; the security/life guard in charge has the full authority to enforce those rules and regulations. * Pool access is restricted to owners use only and/or the no. of lessee of the rented unit . * All children under the age of 4 years old must wear a swimsuit diaper. * Children not to be left unattended and supervised by their parents. * Arguileh, BBO, ceramic or glass containers and ball playing are NOT ALLOWED in the pool area. * Eating and drinking in the pool and pool area is strictly prohibited. * Bicycles, tricycles, scooters or any battery driven vahines are NOT ALLOWED in the pool area, parking or common areas. * Pets inside the pool and in the pools area are NOT ALLOWED. * Burkinis swimsuit is NOT ALLOWED. * Music in the pool area is NOT ALLOWED. * The management is not responsible for personal lost items in all common and pool areas. * The use of any common area as an extension of any one unit by any resident to is prohibited. * Vehicle speed must not exceed 30 to 40 Km/h. * The use of any kind of arms is strictly forbidden. . Any illegal activity (drug consumption, gambling.,... is NOT ALLOWED and shall lead to juridical procedure. * Air drone is NOT ALLOWED in order to respect people's privacy. * Towels or tissues or other sewage blocking items should not to be thrown in toilet., * Descent behavior to be observed in all common and swimming pool area. * Guests should permit access and inspection of their units by security officer and authorized personnel . * Owners are required to submit to the management, 2 days prior to check-in date, a list of names, IDs and contacts of all guests. In the event of non-compliance, lessee will not enter the project under no circumstances. * Guests should respect the maximum electrical load and should not manipulate electrical outlets and breakers. * Owners will remain solely responsible for the activities of their lessees, legally & financially . * The non-respect or violation to these rules or falsification of information by the guests may lead to their immediate expulsion from the facility without any compensation or refund. Please note that the gardener may pass by the garden once a week to check on the plants.
